“ Brunch at BERMVDA, One Satrio Jakarta, was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between relaxed and refined—ideal for a late morning escape. The Baileys Coffee was smooth and indulgent, with just the right touch of sweetness to complement the espresso. The Black Hydra—a creative mix of Americano, coconut water, and lemon juice—was unexpectedly refreshing. Bright, clean, and slightly tart, it’s a drink that surprises in the best way. On the plate, the Cheese Truffle French Fries hit the mark with crisp texture, rich cheese, and an aromatic truffle finish. A guilty pleasure done well. The Caesar Salad was fresh and well-composed, with a classic dressing that brought all the elements together beautifully. Everything was consistently tasty and well-executed. Despite its stylish vibe, the food remains approachable and satisfying. BERMVDA proves that good flavor and creativity can coexist effortlessly. Definitely worth a visit. ”

“ Ok, food reviews : Big Breakfast : well-portioned, smoky aromatic mushroom sautee, an okay roasted tomatoes, plain unseasoned boiled omega egg (it would be nice if there's an option to make it scrambled or omelette), chewy garlicky bread slice, and the side salad is fresh with mild olive saesoning I love it (they can add the portion though, it's so good), The spicy bull used angel hair pasta and the spiciness is no joke, I recommend you to equip yourself with mineral water to subside the heat on your tongue. The Truffle mushroom carbonara is to die for, the smokey barbecuey taste of truffles is pretty intense, and the carbonara sauce is soft but thick with creamy cheesy flavour. The chicken aglio olio is well-presented, but I think, taste-wise it does not as stand out as the other three dishes we ordered. The beverages is decent, I can't remember anything perhaps we weren't ordering anything memorable. The interior atmosphere is comfy quiet, perfecr for office lunch or family lunch, and the staffs is helpful proportionately. ”
